(ICF = International Coaching Federation.)

Welcome to this page and thank you for your interest. Here are some quick FAQs:

  • I am new to coaching and I have never been coached earlier. How does it work?
    • The general perception of “Coaching” is that this applies to a big or serious transformation initiative. However, this is not true.
    • Coaching can be a stand-alone session to talk through fuzzy and unclear thoughts, restless feelings, and gain some clarity. The other objective of Coaching is to also discover your next best course of action in the areas that are creating the discomforts, pains or frustrations.

  • How long can a session be?
    • In most cases sessions are about 40 minutes long, but there is no hard and fast rule about the duration of a good coaching session.
    • There are times the coachee gets great clarity, the helpful knowledge or input, in 15 to 20 minutes; and there others when a session may last more than 75 minutes.

  • How much do I need to pay?
    • I have been coaching, consulting and training for more than 8 years. However, at this stage I am going through the ICF certification process and looking for a wide range of Coaching opportunities. Here is my Fee structure:
      • 1 Session/ 1st Session = Free
      • If you wish to have a 2nd Session = “buy me a coffee! or a masala chai 🙂”
      • If you find my engagements meaningful and would like to extend the engagement further = we can discuss and set the Fees based on factors such as number of sessions, duration of each session, etc.

  • Do you have testimonials specifically related to coaching?
    • Many of my coaching activities have been blended with my consulting work. I have tried to identify relevant ones and compile them into a single PDF that can be accessed by clicking here.
